The ideal candidate has the following expertise, experience and skills: ? good management and leadership qualities ? the organisation abilities to manage a kitchen ? orders, menu planning ? stock control, costing and cost management in general. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of the food; management, administration and organisation of the kitchen.
