The succesfull candidate should be an excellent communicator, ambitious, committed, with good numerical, inter-personal and leadership skills. Two year’s experience in the wine industry, knowledge of quality assurance in the wine industry and computer literacy are prerequisites. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and his/her responsibilities will include the following: * ensuring that processes supporting interfaces between teams and groups are documented and maintained * gathering information from wine & grape producers * complaint handling * internal audits * responsible for Food Safety and OSH Act admin * quality compliance reporting and all other administrative tasks associated with the position.
