WP Fresh, located in Paarl, is looking for a detail-orientated individual, with excellent coordination and collaboration skills to support their technical team. The successful candidate is organised, can function well under pressure; and provides excellent support to internal and external stakeholders. The role will report to the Technical Manager, and will be responsible for:*quality control administration, tracking and reporting *data capturing and reporting of technical information *post harvest administration and coordination *client support related to role *all other administration related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required, a tertiary qualification in agriculture or administration preferred; • Fruit quality control knowledge will be highly beneficial; • Approximately 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role in the fruit industry, with 2-3 years coordination/project management/administration experience in a similar role; • Excellent communication skills (both Afrikaans and English); • Willingness to work after hours during peak season; • Excellent computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
