The main focus of the role will be plant growth regulator development for various fruit crops (table grapes, citrus, pome and stone fruit). The successful candidate will report to the Technical Marketing Manager, working across the Western-, Eastern-, and Northern Cape. Responsibilities will include *in-house registration trials *demonstration trials to evaluate new concepts prior to statistical trials *comparative demonstration trials to support sales and marketing activities *assist with contract trials *residue sampling & assist with writing of registration dossiers *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant BSc qualification (MSc preferred); • A background in research & development preferred; • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Willingness to travel.
