Ceres Fruit Growers, based in Ceres, Western Cape, is looking for a confident and assertive QA Manager. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is detail orientated, and comfortable analysing and interpreting numerical and other data. The incumbent will be responsible for: *management of supplier & customer specifications *investigation of complaints & quality deviations *establishment of corrective steps *management of Dipar Quality System *evaluation of temperature deviations & potential vs actual packout statistics *management of water & warehouse hygiene *participation in internal & external quality audits *personnel management *quality policies and practices *supporting the Safety- and Quality Control Systems. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Qualification in Food technology or related discipline; • 5 Years' experience in a similar role in the fruit industry; • Excellent computer literacy (specifically MS Word/Excel); • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport; • Willingness to work after-hours.
