Duties will include: *Overseeing all financial and administrative functions of the company *Managing the finance & admin teams *Financial statements and preparations for annual audit *Income Tax, VAT, Customs & Excise and other statutory returns *Internal monthly management reports *Financial analysis *Annual budgeting and management of CAPEX processes *Management of suppliers, debtors and insurance related tasks *Inventory control *Salary and wages *Bank liaison *All other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Registered CA (SA); • 5-10 years' relevant experience; • Excellent computer proficiency; • Experience in the agricultural sector will be to the candidate's advantage.
