The role will focus on *procurement of both wine and grapes *evaluation and pricing *managing of contracts and agreements *building and maintaining supplier relationships *setting and maintaining standards/specifications *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant Degree or Diploma in Wine Making; • 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar senior role; • Qualified wine judge on the Wine & Spiritus Board; • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Willingness to travel.
