The successful candidate will report directly to the Production Manager, and will be responsible for: *coordination of harvest activities *the entire winemaking process *blending and stabilization of wine *liaison with clients *management of quality control systems (ISO) *viticulture practices *inventory management and product administration *cellar staff management *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Diploma / Degree in Viticulture & Oenology; • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office); • Valid driver's license.
