The ideal candidate is an organised, self-motivated team player who is able to work independently and with precision under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *preparation of dishes *supervision of the kitchen *all other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or accredited practical training; • At least three (3) years’ experience in an equivalent position; • In-depth knowledge of South African cuisine.
