Du Preez Estate, based in Breedekloof Valley, currently has a position available for a dynamic and driven individual, who communicates well (Afrikaans & English), and enjoys working closely with a small team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for: *the entire winemaking process *IPW (cellar) and WIETA *inventory management and movement *Health & Safety requirements *personnel management *liaison with clients and suppliers *all administrative functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant qualification (B.Agric or B.sc); • Minimum 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience, 3 of which should have been in a similar managerial position; • Thorough knowledge of IPW & WIETA accreditation; • Excellent computer proficiency; • Valid driver's license.
