Our client, a key player in the production, packing and export of fruit, is looking for a General Manager to come build their dream team in a brand new citrus Packhouse in the Coega Industrial Development Zone (Eastern Cape). The primary focus area for the role will be the optimal management of all operations related to the Packhouse, which will include stakeholder-, commercial-, personnel-, and facilities management. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant degree (postgraduate business/management qualification will be advantageous); • 10 Years’ similar experience in the fruit packaging industry; • Ability to communicate in Afrikaans & English; • Willingness to travel.
