The incumbent will report to the Manager: Human Resources and will be responsible for: *recruitment & selection *benefits administration *personnel records & administration *employment equity *training coordination & reporting *industrial relations (including discipline management & union liaison) *coordination of induction & learnership programmes *wages *supporting of BBBEE & ethical audits. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Degree in Human Resources or related field; • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position; • Afrikaans & English (Xhosa will be highly beneficial); • Labour legislation knowledge with application in the Agricultural industry; • Experience in a unionised environment; • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel); • A valid driver’s license with own transport.
