The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing overall operations and ensuring that all processes in the organisation run effectively. This includes liaising with different departments within the organisation, being involved in all operational aspects, designing and implementation of systems, procedures, and policies, and being involved in providing input regarding strategic processes. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant tertiary qualification; • At least 8 years’ experience in a managerial role; • Excellent business knowledge regarding Operations and a solid understanding of financial management; • Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written); • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office); • Valid driver's license and own transport.
