Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Senior Certificate and Diploma/Degree in Viticulture and Oenology; • Driver's license and own reliable transport; • Proficiency in Afrikaans and/or English (verbal and written); • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office); • Knowledge of wine and the blending process; • Relevant experience and a forklift license will count in the applicant's favour, but not paramount.
