The successful candidate should be honest, organised, committed and self-driven. The Winemaker will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for, among others: *delivering well-known premium quality wines and ensuring that the brand reputation as well as the cellar’s legacy is sustained *coordination of harvesting activities *full wine-making process *management of quality control systems *personnel management *cellar administration *all other tasks that are required. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification in wine-making; • Minimum 5 years' winemaking experience within a mid to large tier cellar; • Computer proficiency.
