Tokara, situated in the Stellenbosch Winelands, currently has the following position available: PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (Bottling) The ideal candidate is an honest, hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable individual, who has the ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties: *SAWIS stock takes and submission of all wines (certification) *Dry goods stock takes *Process production onto system *Printing and ordering stickers / ribbons / labels * Ordering of all dry goods *Creating pallet/ bin IDs as per production programs *Schedule bottling / labelling runs according to production program *Running bottling / labelling Line *Act as ISO Internal Auditor and Health and Safety Representative *Issue delivery notes where applicable *Dry goods procurement *Application of exemption certifications *Submission of samples to the Department of Agriculture *all administrative duties related to the position. Essential skills, qualifications and experience: • Matric certificate; • At least 5 years’ experience in bottling / labelling; • Experience in a production/wine environment; • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written); • Driver’s license and own reliable transport; • Computer literacy (MS Office); • Strong administrative skills.
