This position will suit someone who is analytical, detail orientated, and has a mindset of continual evaluation and improvement. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, works in a collaborative manner, and can track multiple processes in a proactive manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing of all quality and compliance processes in the Packhouse. Essential qualifications, skills and experience *3 - 5 years' in a similar role in the fruit industry *Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) *Excellent computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel *Knowledge and experience in quality control systems (BRC,HACCP) *Experience working with Electronic Blemish Sorting systems as well as Vitrax will be advantageous.
