Our client based in Wolseley has an exciting position for a Packhouse Manager. This position will suit a goal driven individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must take initiative, be organised and be comfortable leading a large workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pack house optimally to ensure costs, productivity, and quality standards are adhered to, including: * Production planning * Maintaining regulatory and quality standards * Optimal management of production line * Optimal technology usage * Management of risks * Manage pack house budget * Personnel management * and all other related tasks and activities.
