TASTING ROOM MANAGER Rietvallei Wine Estate, situated in Robertson, is looking to fill the above position. REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills with attention to detail • Mature, energetic personality • Sales must be second nature • Must be able to work under pressure and without supervision • Restaurant/Hospitality experience and knowledge of South African wine • Flexibility regarding working hours (weekends and evenings) • Reside in Robertson DUTIES: • Daily running of the Tasting Room • Client service • Supervision of junior staff • Basic administration (stock control, purchasing, processing of wine orders) • Representing the company at external functions • Organizing of functions and wine shows • Managing of the wineclub.
