The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and be comfortable with the production as well as administrative aspects of the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of overall fruit production on the unit, including: * Production planning * Full production cycle * Health and safety * Managing production budget * Personnel management * and all other related tasks and activities. Requirements include being fully bilingual (Afrikaans/English), at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the fruit industry, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
