This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a enthusiatic person with a commerical attitude, good work ethic and the ability for work in a team environment to work in a uniquely designed cellar with many cultivars. The succesfull candidate is fully qualified in Oenology and Viticulture with at least five (5) years experience of the total winemaking process, a sound understanding of viticulture as well as botteling procedures. The successful candidate will responsible for * coordination of harvest activities * the total winemaking process * stabilising of wines * processing and blending of quality wines * creating modern and new style blends * viticulture * cellar administration and personnel management * liaison in terms of wine tasting, promotions and marketing.
