Winemaker This is a challenging and exctiting opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a commercial attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment. The succesfull candidate is fully qualified in Oenology and Viticulture with at least five (5) years experience of the total winemaking process and a sound understanding of botteling procedures. The successful candidate will responsible for * coordination of harvest activities * the total winemaking process * stabilising of wines *processing and blending of quality wines*creating modern and new style blends* cellar administration and personnel management * liaison in terms of wine tasting, promotions and marketing.
