A relevant qualification and 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar position in the bottling industry(preferably wine) will be to the applicant's advantage. Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance is further pre-requisites. The duties include the maintenance of all equipment and machinery and include: • daily inspection of equipment and machinery • general repairs • electrical maintenance • managing water filter system • stock control and ordering of parts • ensuring compliance with safety regulations • staff management • liaison with suppliers • management of workshop • all other maintenance and administrative functions related to the position.
