A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ of progressive HR generalist experience with strong background in Organisational Development and Change Movement, and a relevant postgraduate degree in HR/Industrial Psychology are requirements for this positions. A valid driver’s license, own reliable transport and computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel) are further requirements. The applicant must be willing to travel within SA boundaries on a monthly basis. Preference will be given to designated groups for Employment Equity purposes.
