A relevant tertiary qualification, ± 5 years’ experience, advanced administrative and computer skills with experience in Prism/Radius MIS and QlikView are requirements for this position. Experience within a similar production environment will count in the applicants favour. The successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities includes, among other: Leading new work compilation processes • completing contract and tender pricing submissions • maintaining price grids of contract clients • maintaining contract review schedules and driving price negotiations internally • Assisting sales team with estimates when required and attending to any estimate-related enquiries • approval of estimate variations • monitoring MIS data outputs for error location • scrutinising production costing and contributing to continuous improvement forums • providing cost analysis for any related requests • compilation of various weekly and monthly reports • general MIS user support/problem solving • liaising with MIS service providers • quarterly security review of MIS users and various other tasks related to this position.
