STOCK & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Mishca Wine Estate, situated in Wellington, currently has the above mentioned position available for a skilled, dynamic and self-motivated person with the ability to work accurately and under pressure. A Matric certificate, at least three years experience in a similar position and thorough computer literacy are pre requisites for this position. A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in the wine industry will be to the applicant's advantage. The duties include among others: * liaising with importers and agents * dry goods procurement * monitor and control stock levels of Wines and Nutrafarm * all aspects regarding the handling of export documentation and sales * handling of all orders * SAWIS/customs and excise returns * quality control systems (WIETA, ISO, IPW) * maintaining systems and structures in co-operation with the schedule planner * marketing coordination * assist with human resource d.uties (compiling and submitting Employment Equity plans) * all other administrative tasks associated with the position * addisional duties include event coordinating and purchasing of meals for office and functions.
