Our client, an established winery in the Nuy valley, requires an innovative person with a positive outlook and spontaneous personality to welcome guests/visitors in a stylish way, present wine-tastings, assist with wine sales and convey information about South Africa, the Nuy area, the wine industry, and relevant wines. Further duties include assistance with marketing-related activities and related administrative tasks. Applications are awaited from persons who comply with the following criteria: • the ability to afford visitors a special experience • excellent command of Afrikaans and English (a third language will serve as a recommendation) • thorough knowledge of wines (experience in a similar position will be a recommendation) • general knowledge about South Africa and the wine industry • computer literacy • willingness to work on scheduled holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
