WILD CLOVER BREWERIES, a boutique brewery, nestled in the picturesque town of Stellenbosch, currently has a vacancy for the following position Events Coordinator Joining as the Events Coordinator you will support the delivery of the events programme which covers inhouse weekly events and weekend schedules, private functions, seminars, conferences plus much more. Whether you are managing all event administration (logistics, delegate packs, supporting materials); assisting with the marketing and advertising of the events; managing suppliers; attending events; producing post event reports (feedback, attendee lists, budgets etc.) or supporting the taproom team with general queries, it will be your meticulous attention to detail that ensures the delivery of outstanding events. You will be expected to come up with new ideas for various events, and occasionally stay away from home. To qualify, you should be a highly organised Graduate or Events Coordinator or similar, with a CV that demonstrates: - You are a highly organised administrator with outstanding attention to detail; - Strong interpersonal / communication skills; - Administration experience within a customer facing office environment; - The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing deadlines without compromising quality; - You are IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office; - You are an outgoing, positive team player.
