Head Chef Requirements: *A diploma in professional cookery and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position * excellent timekeeping and reliability *driver’s license and own reliable transport. Experience in Fine Dining is another prerequisite. Duties and responsibilities include the following: * daily preparation of all food items * recipe and menu development * training of kitchen staff/chefs * daily stock control * food cost and budgeting * daily planning and placing of food orders * management of staff * adherence to kitchen health and safety procedures * any other duties related to this position.
