The successful candidate is an enthusiastic, hard-working visionary, with a passion for the South African fine wine industry. ±5-8 years’ management experience as well as a relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing) are requirements for this position. Success in wine marketing (local and international) is a requirement for this position. The applicant will report directly to the owners and is responsible for the overall management function that includes the following: • Strategic and risk management. • Marketing and sales of all products. • Operations management (restaurant, tasting room, guesthouse, cellar, vineyards etc.) • Overall financial and budgetary management. • Personnel management.
