The succesful candidate is a creative thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, time and project management skills and have the ability to work independently in order to meet deadlines. A matric senior certificate, thorough knowledge of the Wine Export process and SAWIS Certification System, 2 years experience in the wine industry or similar experience and thorough computer literacy (Wine Online and MS Office) are pre requisites for this position. This position reports to the Operations Manager and the duties include among others: *customs and excise * compiling and submitting SAWIS documentation * liaising with warehouses and freight forwarders * complete and issue relevant warehouse rework schedules and organising all relevant materials * export and clearance documentation * ensure on time and accurate bulk loadings * checking country requirements, additional tests, inspection and documentation requirements * all administrative functions associated with the position.
