WINEMAKER/FARM MANAGER Cape Town Wine Company an associate of Cape Point Vineyards, is a dynamic wine venture in the Durbanville area, producing and procuring wines of outstanding quality for local and international markets. The ideal candidate is passionate, multi-skilled and energetic, fully qualified in Viticulture and Oenology and has 3-5 years experience in a similar position. The Winemaker/Farm Manager will be responsible for: * the coordinating of harvest activities * blending and stabilising of wine * the complete winemaking process * buying of wines * farm management (50ha) and all relevant viticultural practices * liaision with consultants and suppliers * wine tastings and promotions * daily recordkeeping * all other practical and administrative functions normally associated with such a position.
