Due to the nature of this dynamic organisation, the ideal candidate is willing to work outside of the normal scope of an accountant and assist in different areas of the business, as the need arises. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily accounting and administrative functions which include, but are not limited to the following: * Full debtors and creditors function (all invoicing and reconciliations) * Bank and cash processing and reconciliations * Monthly reporting to stakeholders (management reports, cashbook reports, cash flow forecast an planning, sales and stock reports) * Annual company audit preparation * Implement and maintain internal financial controls * Product costing for current and new stock items * Monthly payroll * Tax filing (PAYE, VAT, Excise, SAWIS) * Compiling of annual budgets and board packs * all other administrative functions normally associated with the position.
