Production Coordinator Stellenview Premium Wines, an established wine company situated in the Stellenbosch area, has the above opportunity for an enthusiastic person with good interpersonal and communication skills, who has the ability to work under pressure, independently and accurately. A relevant qualification, 3 years experience in a similar environment as well as a sound knowledge of wine production/planning processes are pre requisites. Export administration knowledge, a valid driver’s license and own transport will be a great advantage. The successful applicant will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for: * assisting with the planning of daily cellar processes * keep clients informed and up to date on order process * managing systems and structures in co-operation with the schedule planner * compliance with QMS standards, protocols and procedures * people management * adhering to company and Health & Safety statutory requirements * ensure all administration regarding the wine process and movement is kept (SAWIS & Sage) * liase with freight fowarders * performs interal audits * and all other ad hoc tasks related to the position.
