Sales Manager Tokara Wine and Olive Farm based in Stellenbosch, has the above position available. The successful candidate must be an independent, innovative, hardworking and a target orientated individual, with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure. A relevant tertiary qualification and 5 years proven management experience are further requirements for this position. Passion and knowledge of the wine industry, marketing of top brands (national and international) and established relationships within trade will count in the applicants favour. The Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager and duties will include the following: *the achievement of sales and profit plans *driving of innovative programmes designed to achieve new business growth *conducting market research and customer surveys *presenting wine tastings, client functions and promotions *coordinating wine sales nationally *compile annual sales budgets *interact with buyers *branding and positioning of products and all other tasks related to this position.
