The successful candidate is an enthusiastic, hard-working visionary, with a passion for the South African fine wine industry. ±8 years’ management experience as well as a relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing or Winemaking) are requirements for this position. Experience in wine production would count in the applicant’s favour, while experience and success in wine marketing (local and international) is a requirement for this position. The applicant will report directly to the owners and is responsible for the overall management function that includes the following: • Strategic and risk management. • Operations management (restaurants, tasting rooms, guesthouses, cellar, vineyards etc.) • Overall financial and budgetary management. • Marketing and sales of all products. • Personnel management.
