Our client, a global wine business based in Stellenbosch, is seeking a commercially driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the growth of its regional brand portfolio. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening trade relationships, and bringing brand strategies to life in the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Drive sales execution to achieve volume and revenue targets *Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and trade partners to grow volumes and support key accounts *Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen brand presence across retail, digital, trade and export channels *Monitor market trends, competitors and consumer insights to inform sales and brand strategy *Lead, coach and develop Sales and Marketing teams to deliver targets and build a high-performance culture *Manage sales and marketing budgets, prioritising investment and tracking ROI *Collaborate across functions and represent brands at trade events while ensuring strong customer relationships *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field;

• 8-10 years’ sales and/or marketing experience with proven target delivery;

• Wine industry experience is essential;

• Strong brand, key account, trade relationship and financial management skills;

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport;

• Willingness to travel locally.
