The ideal candidate is a a confident, dedicated, bilingual person with excellent financial, administration and interpersonal skills and is able to work well under pressure. A relevant tertiary qualification (Bcomm/Management Accounting Degree), 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Taxation and the Companies Act of South Africa, a valid driver’s licence and own transport are prerequisites. A SAIPA/AGA registration and experience within a manufacturing environment (SAP/Prism) will be advantageous. The successfull candidate will take responsibility for the following departments and duties: * debtors * creditors * management reporting * reconciliations * tax legislation (PAYE & VAT) * procurement and stock valuations * preparation of monthly journals * facilitate internal and external audits * quarterly budget forecasts as well as all administrative functions associated with the position.
