Clos Cabriere (Pty) Ltd t/a Haute Cabriere, a Franschhoek-based historic wine estate, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team. MARKETING MANAGER The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker and experienced leader, able to work under pressure with extraordinary communication, planning, execution and people skills. A proven track record in wine marketing or similar in the FMCG industry is essential, along with the relevant tertiary qualifications. (Bachelor’s degree/Honours degree in marketing or business). Sales experience in the wine industry and WSET Advance Wine Qualification or a similar wine industry qualification will be a definite advantage. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will work closely with the Cellar Master, the sales team, the hospitality team as well as the admin team and his/her duties will include the following: * effective media and client liaison * identifying new markets * management and control of all agents * determining and management of sales targets and marketing budgets * international and national sales and marketing functions * attending and organizing promotions / functions * market research, social media and all other tasks related to this postion.
