Our client, a market leader in scientifically developed biological and biostimulant solutions, is looking for a Technical Development Specialist to join their team in Centurion OR Cape Town.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong scientific background, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities and has the capacity to ensure scientific integrity while working closely with stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Developing protocols for product testing and validation *Conducting laboratory, field, registration, and screening trials *Providing scientific data for regulatory documentation and DOA registration *Analysing, interpreting, and managing trial data using ARM and data analysis tools *Collaborating with research institutions, trial collaborators, and internal teams *Supporting marketing efforts and sharing technical expertise with stakeholders *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• MSc degree in a relevant agricultural or scientific field;

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;

• Comprehensive understanding of Act 36 of 1947 registration requirements;

• Comprehensive understanding ARM trial data management;

• Valid SACNASP accreditation;

• Proficient in English with excellent numeracy and reporting skills;

• Valid driver’s license.
