Our client, a large international agricultural producer with extensive citrus operations, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Production Manager (Citrus) to join their team in Egypt.

This position is ideally suited to a hands-on leader with strong technical citrus production knowledge, excellent people management skills, and a passion for producing high-quality fruit for international export markets.

Responsibilities will include: *Oversee all citrus production activities *Manage irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control programmes *Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational targets *Monitor crop performance and implement continuous improvements *Ensure production complies with quality and export standards *Work closely with senior management to achieve production objectives.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture or a related field;

• Minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience managing large-scale citrus production;

• Strong knowledge of modern citrus production practices;

• Experience managing large teams and agricultural operations;

• Sound planning, organisational and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work independently and make informed operational decisions;

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities;

• Experience within export-focused citrus production will be advantageous.
