Our client, based in Porterville, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily table grape and citrus operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to drive productivity and quality as part of a passionate and dedicated team.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Lead and manage daily operations, including harvesting, irrigation, fertilization, and worker productivity *Monitor and report team performance, ensuring high-quality output *Identify and resolve operational problems efficiently *Implement and monitor piecework planning and time studies *Supervise pest monitoring and general farm maintenance *Coordinate installation of new irrigation blocks and other projects *Maintain accurate records and assist management with reporting and planning *Ensure adherence to safety and company policies *All other tasks related to

this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required. A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture will be advantageous;

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in production management, preferably in soft fruit or citrus farming;

• Strong leadership and organizational skills;

• Practical and mechanical knowledge of farm operations;

• Excellent administration and communication skills (English and Afrikaans);

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
