Our client, based in Porterville, is looking for a motivated Junior Production Manager to assist with daily table grape and citrus operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their career in agricultural production.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Assist with daily operations, including harvesting, irrigation, fertilization, and worker coordination *Support productivity and quality monitoring *Recordkeeping of work activities and support piecework planning *Assist with pest monitoring and general farm maintenance *Follow daily instructions and help implement new irrigation blocks or other projects *Identify issues and escalate to management as required *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required. A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture will be advantageous;

• 1-3 years’ experience in farm operations, preferably soft fruit or citrus;

• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative;

• Basic mechanical and administration skills;

• Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans);

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
