Laastedrif Agri (Pty) Ltd., is an established, commercial agricultural enterprise, specialising in the cultivation of fresh fruit and vegetables. Laastedrif is based in Ceres and serves a range of local supermarkets as well as international markets.

Laastedrif Agri has a position available for a Senior Debtors Clerk who is deadline driven, has strong administrative skills, and has the ability to function well under pressure. The role will be based at the head office in Ceres.

The successful candidate will form part of a dynamic team and report to the Financial Manager. Responsibilities will include: *Invoicing of debtors *Capturing and allocation of daily sales *Resolving client queries *Monitoring credit limits and payment terms *Preparation of debtor statements *Preparation of weekly and monthly reports *Other administrative tasks as required.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• Approximately 5 years’ experience in a similar role;

• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel);

• Good communication skills in both Afrikaans & English.
