Our client, a leading international company in the agricultural industry, is seeking a driven and ambitious professional to join their blueberry operations in India. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global organization that is shaping the future of modern farming.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of farm infrastructure, coordinating with suppliers and vendors on pots, substrate, irrigation systems, tunnels, roads, drainage systems, and other key facilities;

• Support the development of annual operational budgets by contributing to key assumptions, ensuring cost control and on-time execution;

• Lead and execute crop management plans, including fertilization, irrigation, integrated pest management, and labor planning to meet defined KPI’s;

• Drive yield forecasting and manage harvest operations in close collaboration with packing and commercial teams;

• Support critical functions in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Research and Development.

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree in Agriculture or a related field;

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the agricultural sector;

• Previous experience in blueberry production will be a strong advantage;

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for the industry and a drive to deliver results;

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);

• An ambitious, hands-on professional eager to grow with a global leader.
