Our client, operating in die financial services industry and situated in Bellville, currently have the abovementioned position available for a driven individual with excellent communication skills (verbal & written), that can work accurately under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *all claims administration and handling *communication with clients, insurance companies and handling of any queries *work within the compliance framework applicable to the short-term insurance industry *all other short-term insurance related functions and tasks.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in short-term insurance;
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English).;
• Strong computer skills (MS Office);
• Drivers license and own reliable transport.
Commencement date: As soon as possible.
