Our client, Sensitech Southern Africa, a leader in supply chain visibility solutions, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive the company’s growth and strengthen client partnerships across the region, based in Somerset West.

Reporting to the General Manager and based in Somerset West, this role focuses on strategic account management, business development, and customer success across key industries such as fresh produce and pharmaceuticals. The role is central to maintaining Sensitech’s reputation for service excellence and trusted client partnerships while expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially astute, and excels in building strong client relationships, making this position perfect for a dynamic professional with leadership potential.

Responsibilities will include: *Develop and execute the SA commercial strategy *Identify and pursue new business opportunities *Manage and grow key customer relationships *Lead the full sales cycle and achieve commercial targets *Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer value *Provide accurate forecasts and market insights.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field;

• 7–10 years’ experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles;

• Cold chain logistics, IoT solutions, or agribusiness knowledge advantageous;

• Full working proficiency in English and Afrikaans;

• Willingness to travel locally.
