Our client, based in Paarl, is seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual to join their team in managing the guesthouse. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: *Coordination and management of reservations, bookings and inquiries *Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for guest services *Supervise Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas *Monitoring of financial performance and prepare regular reports for owners or management *Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations *Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele *all other administrative tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar position;

• Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English);

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required;

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
