Our client, situated in Paarl, has an opportunity for an Admin Clerk to be part of their passionate team in a unique rural and peaceful environment. The successful candidate is an organised, reliable, and detail-oriented individual.


The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Typing and formatting documents *Keeping systems and documentation up to date *Answering calls and managing correspondence *Scheduling meetings and appointments *Filing and maintaining office records *Supporting staff with day-to-day office duties *Handling confidential information professionally *All other tasks related to this role.


Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required (a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous);

• 5 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
