Vinimark Trading (Pty) Ltd., a wine wholesale company with their Head Office based in Stellenbosch, currently has the abovementioned position available for a candidate with strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Although the primary focus will be on African markets, the role will also include shipments to other countries as required. This is a challenging position which requires excellent logistical and communication skills to liaise with producers, shipping agents and overseas clients.

Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Handling all aspects of export documentation *Processing and invoicing orders *Preparing SAWIS, customs, and excise returns *Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers *Monitoring and tracking shipments *Proactively addressing delays or issues *Liaising with local and international clients and agents *Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfilment *Maintaining accurate records and logistics data across systems *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a shipping, freight-forwarding or export logistics environment;

• Experience working with African markets will be beneficial;

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically with Microsoft Excel);

• Knowledge of Syspro system advantageous;

• Own reliable transport.
